3. Prices and Payments
3.1 All prices displayed in our shop include applicable taxes (unless otherwise stated) and are expressed in euros (€).

3.3 We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. However, the price charged will be the price applicable at the time the purchase is made.
4. Shipping and Delivery
4.1 Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the customer’s location, but generally range from 7 to 14 business days.
4.2 Emma & Charlotte is not responsible for delays caused by external circumstances such as customs, strikes or events beyond our reasonable control.
4.3 The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address. We are not responsible for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information.
5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
5.1 The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days of receiving the product, without having to provide a reason.
5.2 To exercise the right to return a product, the customer must first contact us by email at help.emmaandcharlotte@gmail.com, providing the following information:
- Order number
- Reason for the return
- Full name
- Address
- Photos of the product (in the event of a defect)
5.3 Important: Returns are not free of charge. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia (the address will be provided by email).
5.4 The product must be returned unused, with all accessories, clean and in its original packaging.
5.5 Once the product has been received and inspected, we will process the refund within a maximum of 7 business days.
5.6 We reserve the right to reject returns of products that have been used, damaged or are not supported by a valid reason.
6. Consumer Guarantees
6.1 All our products are covered by the applicable consumer guarantees and statutory protections required by law.
6.2 In the event of a faulty product, the customer may be entitled to a repair, replacement or, in certain circumstances, a refund, provided that the fault was not caused by misuse.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 Emma & Charlotte will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the product or the website.
7.2 We reserve the right to modify the content of the website at any time without prior notice.
