About Shipping

We will prepare your order for shipment within 1 to 3 business days after your order has been confirmed. Orders placed during the week are usually processed within 1 business day, while orders placed on Friday evening or during the weekend may take a little longer.

Once shipped, your order will be delivered within an estimated 8 to 12 business days.

Restocking Policy

If your order is returned for any of the following reasons:

• An incorrect or incomplete shipping address was provided at checkout.
• The delivery was refused or declined by the recipient.
• The recipient failed to respond to the courier’s delivery attempts when a re-delivery option was offered.

We reserve the right to charge a 50% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

Note:
In some cases, carriers may offer the option to have the parcel re-delivered. If re-delivery is declined or not completed within the timeframe specified by the carrier, the restocking fee will apply.

To avoid this, we strongly recommend checking your shipping details carefully when placing your order and responding promptly to any delivery-related issues.
